
PROBLEM
USERJOURNEY MAP
We created a certain scenario make sure that our users reach the checkout screen without any hiccups. So, we sketched a current-state user journey map, to identify opportunities for improvement.
PERSONA
We wanted to understand our users' goals, needs, experiences, and behaviors. So, we created 2 personas for each of our user segments. Each were based on our interviews and always updated by our requirement gathering. I am considering the needs of elderly congregation members who may have limited mobility and spend most of their time at home.
WIREFRAME
Using Figma, We can then create low-fidelity wireframes. We focus on creating a clear and intuitive user interface that embodies the core functionalities and navigation flow.


UI DESIGN
Once the usability issues were resolved, We moved on to design the final screens in Figma. My goal is to create an environment that's easy to understand for people who like to do things manual and procedural.
We do think the design could be greatly improved. For example: It has seperated feature like "Uploading files" and "Chat", while we can clearly merged them together with the right requirement.
